Unable to see thumbnails and previews Bridge 2021 on server

Hello,
I'm unable to see video thumbnails and/or previews in Bridge 2021 when connected to the server. I can see them when I'm connected directly to a hard drive. Any idea why this is happening?

I am connected to the drive and I have the same problem. I've seen in other places that suggest right clicking on a vid thumbnail with the problem and selecting "Purge Cache for Selection" and this does not resolve it.
