undo shortcut not working to undo delete Bridge

hi,

my cmd+z shortcut to undo deletion and retrieve a deleted file is not working in Bridge. Anybody has an idea how to fix this?

Thanks!

Hi there,

Sorry to hear that. Could you please try resetting Bridge's preferences and let us know if that helps? https://helpx.adobe.com/in/bridge/kb/troubleshoot-errors-freezes-bridge.html#:~:text=Start%20Adobe%20Bridge%20and%20immediately,%2D%2Dand%20then%20click%20OK.

If its on an external volume you can't undo a deletion.

Hello I´m having the same problem again, but resetting the preferences has not worked this time.

Please advise!
