1.) I'm unable to uninstall Bridge.
2.) Does Bridge automatically install when I update certain apps (ex. Premiere or Photoshop)? If so, is there a way to make it stop automatically installing?

Bridge does not get auto-installed on the system. You can use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to specifically remove Bridge from your computer: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
