Unknown operating system error has occured Bridge 12.2 Version

Question

Keep getting error in Bridge 12.2: The operation could not be completed. An unknown operating system error has occured.

Which version of the operating system are you using? Did you try re-installing the software? Where are the images located?

Since when did you notice this issue

(after any system or application update)?

Start Adobe Bridge and press Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS down) until the dialogue box reset settings appear.

Select all three options - reset preferences, reset Standard Workspaces, and all miniature Purge Cache - and click OK.

Once done, Reboot the system.
