Updated to Bridge 13.0.4 Now Bridge will not display RAW file thumbnails.

I updated from Bridge 13.0.3 to 13.0.4 today. after the update Bridge does not display any RAW file thumbnails. I rolled back to 13.0.3. This is working OK but the flashing when scrolling from one full screen image to the next persists.
