updated to OS big sur and bridge stopped working entirely

I just updated my operating system to Big Sur and now Bridge shows up as a black screen.  I've restarted my computer several times... nothing is helping.  I've tried updating my adobe but it says I don't have access (which isn't true because I have a paid account).  What gives!?

I can't actually see my preferences in Bridge either.  It is also black.  I can guess which is "advanced" and click what I think might be software rendering.  But even after doing that nothing changes.

Please try updating to the latest Bridge Version 2021.

We have seen posts with black screens in Photoshop. Can you disable hardware acceleration? Preferences->Advanced->Use Software rendering
