USEFUL Functionality in 2022 Missing/Removed from 2023

Question One
BRIDGE 2023 Edit > Preferences > Content > Workspace Behavior > Do not retain the active folder while switching workspaces

Whether checked or unchecked, Bridge still goes back to folder that was open at time workspace was saved adding time/steps to my workflow AKA the checkbox functionality does NOT work. Even though this checkbox was not available in 2022, the functionality was and it actually worked as expected i.e., panels, layout were reset but it STAYED in the active folder.

"Note: While Resetting the workspace, the Active Content panel will keep displaying the same folder and all the other Content Panel (if any) will switch back to display the folders that were open at the time of Saving the workspace. This behavior can be changed from the Preference/Content."

Question Two
BRIDGE 2022 when saving a new workspace, you were given the option to check 'Save Window Location as Part of Workspace'.

BRIDGE 2023 Was this removed, moved, ??? If removed, WHY???
