Using bridge features for Creative Cloud libraries...

Is it possible to interact with Creative Cloud Library assets in the same you can w/ local files? I'd like to metatag, batch rename, batch export etc. but it doesn't seem that directory is searchable, options are greyed out etc...  I do have local CC files saved here /Users/Username/Creative Cloud Files/ - but it doesn't like it's all of my CC Library files? And not sure why these are being stored locally if not all inclusive...

If it's not an option, is there any way to save all of these assets locally and recreate the library? How can you export or backup once in libraries? The only option I see is to download a .cclibs file which isn't useful for this...
