Using Bridge to Publish to Adobe Portfolio

How does Bridge determine which Adobe Portfolio web site to upload the images to?

I tried this feature once and it sent the photos to one of my four Portfolio web sites.

How did it choose the one it chose as opposed to the other three sites I have created?

Is the decision based on the last site I was working on ? or ...
