Version Cue not starting after install Creative Suite 3

Hi Adobe Forum,

Recently i've installed Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Standard (I know it's an old version). The software is working fine except Adobe Bridge and Version Cue. When i click on Bridge it's starting, but it won't show the Version Cue part. Other people within the same company have installed it exactly as i did and do have Version Cue.

What can go wrong?

My PC is a ASUS laptop with Windows 10 Home on it.

your os is not compatible with cs3 so you can expect some problems. sometimes you can circumvent installation problems by installing using compatibility mode. 

but if you had no installation problems (check your logs, Troubleshoot install issues with log files in Adobe Creative Suite (CS6, CS5.5, CS5), PS Elements, and Premiere Elements) you can reset your preferences - :  https://helpx.adobe.com/bridge/kb/troubleshoot-errors-freezes-bridge-windows.html
