Hey there,

So I am very unfamiliar with Adobe Bridge. I have read up on it and I understand that it allows for a more efficient way of organizing, naming, and cataloging photos and other digital assets. The thing I wanted to know was are the tags and labels you apply to files on Bridge universal? So if you were to upload an image that was handled on Bridge onto Flickr, Barberstock, or some other photography platform, would the image's information and metadata be retained?

Thank you.

It us universal, but it depends upon where you upload the images. A lot of site strip some metadata, especially in relation to geotagging for security issues. It would also depend on what metadata is read by a site, such as you can enter information in the description field and Facebook will use that to add captions to your post. You really have to play around and see which sites do what.
