Videos not found trough keywords

I am running Mac OS Sierra.  I have been using Bridge as a search engine for my video files.  Whenever we shoot b-roll I log the files with keywords and then use the keywords to search for clips I need for my projects.  Recently it has stopped working.  When I search for files nothing shows up.  In my group we use a shared server and another member of my team can still search using keywords by I can not.  I am using Adobe Bridge CC 2017.

Any help or direction you can give would be greatly appreciated.
