Viewing Custom File Info Panel created in Audition in Bridge 2019

I've found a lot of old information and none of it seems relevant anymore. I'd like to be able to view and edit my custom panels in Bridge that I created in Audition. Or, I'd like to be able to create them in Bridge if that's possible. Any help appreciated.

I can see that Audition creates the custom panels in the XMP folder, but what are the next steps need to actually see the panel in Bridge?
