What has happened to the option to convert raw file downloads to dng during the import?

Before updating to Bridge 13.0.2.636 and Mac Ventura, my workflow was to Plug in the SD card, open Bridge, import all the files converting them to DNG files in the process, then doing a batch rename. Now after getting a new Macbook, updating the OS to Ventura, then installing Bridge13.0.2.636 I can't find any reference or tools to continue this workflow. Why can't I continue to convert my new downloads to DNG files in the import process?

Try the latest Bridge update.

Version 13.0.3.693 is now available as a public release.

Any better?

First off, if you have some raw files on your computer, you can convert them to DNG format via the DNG Converter. You can download that from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/using/adobe-dng-converter.html

Edit: I was just about to do one more test before I sent this off, and everything below is now irrelevant. It's working fine on my system now. I can't say how it will work in 10 minutes, but as of now, no issue. I'm leaving the material below in the chance that anyone else encounters this. I do not know what's causing this or what caused it to return to normal.

MEANWHILE, I was just trying this myself to get some screenshots, and I encountered a new bug: it doesn't work if you are using the MX Master 3 Bluetooth device; nothing works. When I went to a corded mouse, everything worked as I've done for, well, ever.

I do not have enough information or equipment to test whether this is an MS Master 3 mouse or Bluetooth mouse issue.

I can add that when I tried to use Snagit to record the issue to report, my mouse control went out the deep end and was effectively squashed. There are some bad vibes going between Bluetooth mice and Photo Downloader, which is really strange as I've never seen anything like this before in ANY application.

When you say, "import all files", what process are you using?

Bridge does not actually import anything , you just download images to a hard drive.

If you use the Photo Downloader from within Bridge then the option to convert to DNG is available still.

Sorry I meant "Import from Device". For some reason my "Get Photos from Camera" is not working. I plug my SD card into my SD adaptor slot on my Macbookpro and then select "Get Photos from Camera" from the File menu, but nothing happens. I can see the images on the SD card using the "Import from Device" option, or by just going to the card in the folders panel, but neither of these methods bring up the conversion option or the Photo Downloader dialog.

Import from Device is just invoking Apple's Image Capture app. Get Photos runs the Photo Downloader which can unfortunately be buggy.
