I just keep getting this message so how to use  Bridge?

Besides what Lumigraphics just said, you should also go to the Adobe Creative Cloud App (ACC), go to the Beta tab, and download the latest Bridge Beta (13.0.2.630).

ok so far this seemed to work:

Reset preferences, reset the default workspace, and purge the cache
