Whats wrong with this file?

I can not open a psd from bridge or process it.  It will open if I drag it into photoshop through the GUI interface.  What is wrong with this file? Any copies of this file in different formats such as Tif act the same way.   Other files psd and Tif open in bridge what is wrong with this file?

Yeah, I had a hunch that might be it. 

 

Do you know how to fix this? If not, go into your System Preferences and select the Security and Privacy option. Then go into the Privacy tab. You will need to unlock this with your system password. Ignore #4 in the image below and go to the next image.

 

In this image below, you can see taht you go to two sections: Full Disk Access and File and Folders. Be sure that your applications that you want to have access, have access.

I think I figured out what was going wrong.  It has to do with the folders these files live in.  They are on a mac in  OS Catalina.  Some of the folders did not give everyone permission to read and write the file. It wasn't even the files per say.  Interesting that if you drag the file directly into photoshop it would override the permissions.   Once I dragged the odd files onto the desktop they worked in bridge like they should.
