Where is scroll bar on collections pane

I may be using collections inappropriately.

I am creating a large large number of collections to categorize my photos. There are more collections than dispay space in the collections pane

normally a programmer uses scrolll bars to navigate in such a large list.But I do not see any

any suggestions?
