White window in Adobe Bridge CS6 opening file information

Hi,

I have a problem with Adobe Bridge CS6. Anytime when I will open the file information of a Picture I see only a white window. After deinstall and re-Install CS6 it functions for a while. But it can't be, that I have to re-install CS6 every week. Do you have any tips? Cleaning the Cache didn't solve the problem. Any other ideas?
