Why do some of my Illustrator files only show one artboard in the Bridge preview?

I have a bunch of .ai files that show up differently in Bridge... some of them only show 1 artboard in the preview while other ones show all the artboards in the Bridge preview (which is the preferred behavior).  How do I force the Bridge previews to include all artboards in the .ai files?

    Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Anyone?

     

    I actually like the preview where it just shows one artboard and underneath it indicates that it is showing x of y total boards and has arrows to browse through. But I would just like it be consitent. I cannot for the life of me figure out what the difference is.

    Bump. I'd like to know how to control this too.
