Widows 11 and Current Updated version of bridge not allowing dropdown boxes to work in Batch Rename

Question

I Have removed Bridge from my Widows 11 Laptop and re booted, then reininstalled bridge to se if issue is resolved.

It did not Work.

When i want to batch renme my files (With I do all the time) on my Windows 11 Laptop non of the dropdown boxes work. On my PC wich is windows 10, it works fine.

I believe that there is a conflict between the software of bridge and windows 11.

p.s. I did try doing this via lightroom (This does a another layer to my processing witch is not suitable)

I need this working ASAP

I'm sorry to tell you that the problem is not with your computer, installation, or anything you've done. Instead, there is a big bug in Bridge that's causing the problem on Windows machines.

You have two basic options until this bug is fixed and a release is provided:

1) revert to an earlier version of the program.

2) you can use the arrow keys to navigate the dropdown menus.

Both options are not desired, but that's all that can be done to fix this. And even more grief: this has been around way too long already. There is no announced fix for an unknown amount of time.
