Windows11 with Bridge 15.1.1 reinstalled. Bridge opens, don't find photos on d: drive and freezes

Thank you. I found a solution as follows: 

Maintain keys Ctrl and Alt then Bridge in the toolbar. This allow "Afbeeldingen in locale cache verwijderen". After "verwijderen" (purge), Bridge starts normally.
