Worflow stuck for raw photos on network drive accessed through wifi

Hi, @photobazemont, Sorry, you're not going to like this answer, but it's because you're using a network. The wifi here doesn't really make a difference. 

Sadly, Bridge was never designed to be used with a network drive, and as such, any interactions are going to be flacky. As you experienced, you may be able to do a few today, maybe tomorrow more (or less). The only way to have success with this is with a connected hard drive. Period.

If anyone else says that they have not problems or issues, that's very possibly true — for their system. But if they change the wrong thing, it may go down.

Let me add that one of the big advantages of a network drive is that they are often backed up. To apply this with a connected hard drive is to do what I did: get two of the same size. About once a week (or more often if I've been very busy), I back up my primary drive to the secondary drive. You do not say if you're on a PC or Mac, but for the Mac I can STRONLY recommend ChronoSync for this. As you're probably thinking, well that's fine if your primary drive goes belly up, what do you do if the house burns down? My answer: I also use a good cloud service. BackBlaze is my choice.
