Workflow scales to only 1px

Hi there! Im trying to use the Workflow feature to scale my pictures according to different specs.
When scaling down within the same aspect ratio, i just use the option Fit to long Edge and it works just fine.
But i also need resolutions where the aspect ratio is close to the original but not exactly the same, so there has to be cropped a little bit during scaling, which should be no problem but i can't just get it to work in Bridge.
For testing im Using a 2000x3000 picture to scale down to 240x354, i selected the option Fill and entered the desired resolution. The preview sample looks right and also confirms the new resolution of 240x354.
But when i start the workflow it just exports me 1 px of height so i end up with a 240x1 image.

What am i doing wrong?

One year later, still the same bug. 1px when choosing the "fill" option. Ridiculous.

This problem might be related to my resizing error post "Shrinky Dink" from the day before yours. I haven't heard anything from anyone about it yet.

Yeah that sounds familiar.. there is propably some bug in the export algorithm.
I hope they see this issue.

I have the same Problem! I was using 14.0.2 and updated to 14.0.3 recently, but still have the same issues.

I just installed version 13.0.7 and version 12.0.4 - in 12.0.4 it works just fine whereas 13.0.7 is already faulty with an output of only 1px.
