Wrong key combination for colored markers!

Since version 13.0.2.636 the key combination for colored markings is swapped.
Normally the command should be CTRL + 6/7/8/9.
Now this only works if you first press the number and then the CTRL key. This should then read 6+CTRL and not CTRL+6.
