Accessibility Name/Description Not Read By JAWS

I've got a course, built in Captivate 9, that works great in every aspect except for one thing.  JAWS won't read the accessibility names/descriptions on images.  I've published it as a SWF and in HTML5, but the result is always the same: The course launches, the audio narration plays, closed captioning appears, but the image descriptions are ignored.  Anyone ever experience this before?  If so, were you able to determine a cause and solution?  Thanks in advance!  I really appreciate it!!

Thanks!  It didn't solve my problem, but it's good to know that Captivate and JAWS don't necessarily play well together.  I'll end up creating an eBook for the client...and, next time, I won't use a rapid dev tool.  Again, appreciate the link!!
