Adobe Captivate 7 - Feedback Messages were not displayed in the quiz

Hello,

What could be the reason for this?:

Within an E-Learning I have got a Quiz at the end of the E-Learning. The quiz consists of 6 questions (Multiple choice, Connect Tasks and True / False Decisions). All of this question slides uses the quiz master slides for this question types. On this quiz master slides there are also the Feedback Messages (successful, not succesful, incomplete).

Unfortunately those Feedback Messages are not visible at the quiz slides in the filmstrip. The points in the characteristics of the quiz where I can check this Feedback Messages when I want them to fade in is grayed so I can't activate them.

When I generated a preview of this E-Learning and do the quiz, I got Feedback Messages but they are not the ones which are on the quiz master slides...

What can I do?

This seems to be a strange issue. Normally the default text in the feedback containers (shapes or captions) can be edited in Quiz Preferences, Default Labels (you'll find some button labels there as well). But you should be able to override the default text on the individual quiz slides. Did you perhaps add objects to the master slides that are set on top and covering up those feedback containers?

Check whether or not you have added these question slides as Survey questions instead of Graded questions.  That would explain why the options for feedback were greyed out.
