after captivate patch (9.0.1.320) and following all the steps, now my project won't do any interactions, new or old. what's the issue?

I did the patch update because I really wanted the rulers function. And the first couple of days I didn't see any change in my interactions. Now today, none of them work. Why would no interactions, shapes as buttons, entrances, exits, no interactions work anymore. I upgraded last week. why doesn't it work all of a sudden this afternoon?  They play on the timeline, but not in a preview or published project.

Can you give more details about those 'interactions'? Did you delete the Interactions folder in the Public documents when installing the patch? That way the last version of the Learning Interactions will be pushed to your system.

Yes I deleted the folders that the documentation said to delete, the interactions and the sample projects, as well as clear preferences. Should I do it all again?

I did the update last week on Thursday. I've been working on this same project Monday, and then yesterday, I noticed things not working when I preview the slides or publish the project. For example, I have objects that are supposed to move, and shapes that are click to the next page buttons. None of them are working now. My sound still works, and the custom chapter menu that I added on Tuesday to each page works, but none of the previous click buttons or movements of objects. I deleted a few of the movements and re added them in the first couple of slides, but they still don't show up in the preview or published versions. I can see it all work on the timeline, but not in preview or published project.

Should I try the update again?

OH, maybe this is my issue. I think I did the update first, then deleted the folders... I now see in the directions that the folders should have been deleted first. Should I try the update again in the right order this time?
