Can't publish swf/html5 to computer, together

Hello All,

I am trying to publish a course (.cptx) to an LMS for the first time, but I can't even get it to publish to my computer in both swf and html5. Only .swf, is possible. Html5 alone doesn't work either. It says Publishing Failed after loading for a short bit.

I followed these instructions to the letter several times, (Uploading an Adobe Captivate project to a Learning Management System) and hunted for answers, so please throw a bone to a newbie because I'm sure it's something simple that I'm missing.

Much appreciated,

Chris

Does your project have an components that are not compatible with HTML5?  Have you checked for this incompatibility using the HTML5 checker tool that comes with Captivate?

Hello and thanks Rod. I found your great site Infosemantics Pty Ltd | as well. I'm going through it today. What a tremendous resource. Thanks for that.

Unfortunately, nothing in the project comes up in the Tracker, and I went through the file types in my library, as I saw on your site, but nothing appears to be non-compliant. I can't preview the project in SCORM Cloud, either. It loads between 21 and 27% of slides then says 'Publishing Failed'.

    I'll keep trying, and thanks.
