Can we open Captivate 8 license on another computer?

I would like to teach my coworkers who to use Adobe Captivate 8. They all have their own license of Captivate 8 on a network. However, their license of Captivate from their Window's workstation will not open in the classroom even though they log into their network account.

Is there a way they can open their license of Captivate 8 in another room in the network?

Captivate is not meant to be installed on a networked drive. It has to be installed on the system on which you want to use it (same with the paths to the files and cache). You can install Captivate on two systems with one license.

I am reinstalling my OS as it is running slowly. Will I be able to redownload Captivate on the new OS? I already have a co-worker who is using the licence so Adobe may think that my two licences have been used up...
