Captivate 8 Multi- SCO Packager is not giving me the template option when open!! Blank Screen

Hi all,

Every time I open Multi-SCO Packager, the screen is blank and does not give me the option to choose a template. My Captivate 8 is updated to the 8.0242 and I am on a Mac. Please let me know what I should do. I've been trying everything. Also opening the app in Finder does not work either.
