Captivate 9 Update disabled the Assets button

Hello,

I just updated the Captivate 9 and lost access to the Assets button. The button is not working. Please advice.

    Greetings from Manipal. I am also facing the same problem and followed all the instructions but all in vain .Could you help me out please?

    I got it solved by help of you .

    What did I do wrong-

    I read instructions from -Release notes for Adobe Captivate 9.0.2

    but other than deleting the Interactions_9_0 and SampleProjects folders, I have moved Characters_9_0 folder also ,so it was not working than letter on phone and screen cast Awesome buddy Mr. Ashish resolved it .

    Thank you TCS Gold Support team. Ajit Mishra spent 2 hours on the phone and FIXED the problem. Now, I have access to all the assets including the characters.

    I really appreciate your time and expertise.

    Did you follow the release notes? That meant cleaning the Preferences and deleting the Layouts folder in the Public (Windows) or Shared documents?

    Yes, I followed the instructions and now the button is not working at all.

    Can you clean Preferences again? Are you on 9.0.2.437?
