Captivate9 images only play correctly in timeline with a single click of play button. Images not working during publish or preview mode.

Question

Designing a project in Captivate 9 and I have slides that have up to four images to appear as audio speaks about them on particular slides. My problem I am having is when I single click on the play button on the timeline the images and audio all play correctly and in sync. When I select to preview a slide or publish the file. Captivate only plays the first image on the slide, no fade in or fade out of the first image and 2nd image does not appear at all. Nor will my other images appear. Any suggestions or recommendations for my issue is greatly appreciated.

Lilybiri‌- I've changed the order of how they appear on the timeline as the read order, moved buttons and text around still the same thing in publish mode only the first image appears then nothing as a 2nd or 3rd image. It's odd I can get them to play just fine from the timeline but nothing else is working...

When you use Play Slide you dont have a real preview.

As I suspected; you have added 3 buttons, which are pausing the slide at 1.5secs. That means that only the objects that have their timeline starting before those pausing points will be visible until you click those buttons. You have another click box, I don't know for what reason, that pauses the slide at its end.

Either you move the pausing point on those button to a location after the last image enters, bit after 40 secs and you can get rid of that click box, or you take out the pausing fro the buttons and keep the click box. Use the timing panel to get rid of the pauses for the buttons if that is your choice.
