Delay with Video - 32,000 KB in Captivate Project

Hi,

I have a small intro video in the beginning of my CP project that takes 11 seconds to load.

It doesn't seem very big - 32,000 KB.

Can anyone suggest how to shorten the load time?

What size would be ideal?

Load times are mainly dependent on end user bandwidth. More bandwidth, faster loading times.

If these are Progressive Download videos, consider instead using streaming video such as YouTube or Vimeo.
