How do I publish a Captivate course to play on a Samsung Tablet?

I built a course using Captivate 9 and would like to play it on a Samsung tablet. I have tried publishing using HTML and a PDF, then transfer the files to the tablet, but still can't get it to play. Any suggestions?

Legend

Standalone? HTML5 scalable project plays fine, but you have to upload to a

webserver or LMS. For standalone you would need to publish as an app.
