I am using Adobe Captivate Classic 11.8 version, I am not able to print/generate the simulation documents.

There’s another question I saw in the community with the same issue: 

• Captivate Classic Publish/Print to Word Broken

Looks like there’s a miscommunication between Captivate and Windows/Word with a recent update. No workarounds or solutions yet unfortunately.
