I have a new PC (Lenovo - Windows 8) and I am having trouble with the resolution and screen captures.

I have a new PC (Lenovo with Windows 😎 and I am having trouble with the resolution and screen captures.  I am using two monitors.  It is not capturing the data in the red square.  I believe my resolution is too big for my work space.  I am using Captivate 6

Please help!!!!

    People using multiple monitors often report problems doing screen capture.  The simplest solution is just to disable extended monitors when capturing and use cloned monitors instead.  Or better yet.  Just unplug the second monitor and use your main screen while capturing.

    I disabled the extended monitor and it did work. However, I’ve used extended monitor before on my old pc. I am working between multiple applications and I need to monitors. I am going to work on my old pc until this project is finished. Is there a different solution once I start using my new pc?
