I have created a glossary widget. Selected the type of widget (customized colors font etc) however when I play from the preview menu...nothing appears. What have I done wrong?

I had this issue for weeks before I figured it out! Hopefully, this is the issue for you and it will be solved. I had a term in my glossary where I use the "/" sign i.e. password/passcode. The glossary did not like that at all and would not show up. When, after hours of trying to figure out what was wrong, it was the only thing that was different from the 1 glossary I had that worked, I removed it, and voila! Check out your terms to see if you have one like that. Good luck!
