I'm getting a strange 'blink' before effects when viewing my project after publishing. Does anyone know how to remedy this? They are both entrance effects: swirl and fly in top left.

About which slide are you talking? Is it the first slide? To which type of objects is the Entrance effect applied? If you add a short Fade in transition to those objects this could perhaps help.
