I'm having dropdown lists appearing over the feedback box on an HTML5 export on both Captivate 8 and 9. Has anyone else seen this?

When you use widgets and publish as HTML5, the widgets are placed inside an iFrame. Because of how browsers handle iFrames, they're always placed as the top object over any other content. The only exception to this is if you have another iFrame on the slide and then you can control the stacking order between the two. But, this issue is specific to browsers and iFrames and isn't something you can change nor is it a problem specifically with Captivate.

As Rod mentioned, you'll have to resize and move the feedback caption to a location where it won't be covered by the drop downs.

This is what is displaying on iPads. The Flash version doesn't have the problem, it's just the html5.

Your best bet is to move the feedback caption down into that lower left corner so that the boxes are not on top of it.  You may not be able to control the stacking order.
