NeoSpeech on Captivate 2019 - Should I purchase a separate license?

I have a licensed version of Captivate 2019. I installed the Neo Speech add-on that added 5 more text-to-speech voices in my Captivate Speech Management. All voices work great!

My question is "Does Neo speech come free with Captivate 2019? I'm confused if it is a limited trial version which is non-usable after a certain period of time."

Can someone help figuring out this please?

Neo Speech voices comes free with Captivate. If your Captivate is Licensed, you can use it inside Captivate projects.

The voices that come with the licensed version of Captivate are free, not just trial versions. You should still be able to use them for the time you use Captivate (or as long as you keep paying your subscription to Captivate that is).
