System requirements

We're tasked with deploying Adobe Captivate 9 to a bunch of users.

To do so, we need to first confirm system requirements.

There seems to be some conflicting information on adobe.com:

According to Adobe's systems requirements page for Captivate 9.0.2, the minimum system version is 10.11.6

According to Adobe's systems requirements page for Captivate 9.0 and 9.0.1, the minimum system version is 10.10.3

Did Adobe make a mistake? Or did a xx.xx.1 patch cause the min system requirement to jump from 10.10.3 to 10.11.6?

I really wish these articles could be vetted to ensure accuracy.

Thanks in advance

Don

RodWard Adobe resolved the issue a couple months ago. The old page for 9.0.1 and 9.0 had conflicting information.

The System Requirements page for 9.0.2 also states it applies to 9.0 and 9.0.1.

I don't speak for Adobe, but Captivate has had compatibility problems at times with certain versions of the Apple OS.  So it's possible the more current version of the OS is now the recommended one.
