Turn off text typing in Software Simulation?

I'm using Captivate 8 on a Windows 8 computer. For some reason the text typing came on. Is there a way to turn it off from Captivate 8? Or do I have to do the whole Software Simulation over again?

Is it perhaps possible that you happened to accidentally set the capture options to be an Assessment or Training instead of a Demo?

    RodWard​ I think your are correct. I What are your thoughts on this.

    Instead of doing the software simulation over again:

    1. I take a screen shot of the text
    2. I do a white background to cover the animated text and make it a "merge to background".
    3. I paste the text screenshot over the software simulation and merge to background again.

    Your solution is certainly doable, but unless it was going to take a very long time to recapture this simulation I think I would just bite the bullet, chalk this one up to experience, and go for another capture.
