2nd problem in 2 days received mess. cannot open Illustrator file (129)

I saw a post where they sugggested saving as Illustrator cc Legacy-that worked for 10 minutes and then i get the same error message again.

Hi DAN, I was able to go into a AI , and create a new file oh, so this is how will do a workaround. It's extra work but.
