A.C freezing on Dell i5 latitude E6330

Sorry to hear the trouble.

I have questions:
Q1) What happened if you click OK of this error message?

Q2) If you can continue to work after dismissing the error message, can you try to alt + refresh button to see if the Scene panel is rendered?

Q3) Does this happen when you start working in the new project?
Steps:
1. Holding alt key and launch CH (this will bypass to open the last project which, I think, you have this error).
2. Create a scene with any template puppet.
Do you see this error?

Q4) If Q3 is no, can you share the project you saw this error?
Please zip the entire project folder (a folder contains chproj file) and let me know the link to download it.
