Hi, this is so strange but i exported a character out on adobe character animator (create your puppet), its on a black background. I put it on my timeline on premiere pro with my desired background. the animator character puppet is there but on the black background. i have used all the troubleshooting techniques, mask, ultra key, crop, etc but the black still stays. ive tried the tolerance, shadow, etc. any ideas?

This is totally normal, and as implied above, it sounds like you might have exported an MP4 or any other format that doesn't support an alpha (transparency) channel. From the File > Export menu, choose the option that says"

Video with Alpha via Adobe Media Encoder." This will queue your scene to Adobe Media Encoder and choose ProRes 4444 with Alpha as the preset. Export this file (which will be significantly bigger than a highly compressed MP4) and it will show up with a transparent BG in Premiere.

Japanese to English using translation software.
Please tell me the details.
I have a transparent background, but when I export the file, the background is black?
Are you exporting with the alpha channel enabled?
In mp4 export, the background is not transparent due to the specification, it becomes black.
