ad sometimes character is too large in the screen or come in the middle, or out the screen, such as how to position and adjust sizes?

and is this is a good software to make an animation video scene for a undergraduate project? (To specifically to this-Make an animated video to show a business idea using live animation with the rest of the team. Gving each of them an animated character to speak behind an animated background)

select the puppet's track item in the timeline, then change the position / scale controls in the properties panel, under the Transform behavior twirly

There are some free business puppets as well at https://graphicmama.com/blog/free-adobe-puppet-templates/ - so you can focus on the animation rather than building the puppets (if you want to).
