Adobe character animator not appearing in NewTek NDI Studio Monitor

Hello..
I downloaded  NewTek NDI 3.8 Tools to use it for live streaming with Adobe character animator..
and set up up the settings like this

The problem in NewTek NDI Studio Monitor that is not showing adobe character animator in 95% times that i tried to make it..
(in 5% It showed it perfectly)

Notice: I use windows 10 64

Is there any solution ??
