Adobe Character Animator Questions

Question 1:

My Adobe Illustrator file is not syncing up with Adobe Character Animator (it did in the beginning but not anymore), what can I do?

I have made sure that "auto sync with artwork" is checked and the blue link also leads to the correct file. 

Question 2:

One of my pupils is  flying around outside my head (although I gave both independence)?

What can I do?
