Adobe character Animator (Tull)

Question

I tried 12 times or more to get these legs moving for this tull character in animator. I need help with the triggering for the legs!!! This is ridiculous

Tull's legs weren't really designed to move - to make them work with something like Limb IK you would need to remove them, make them independent, add the handles and tags, etc - it's a lot of work. See https://youtu.be/e85HGSAS80g for more info on how to rig legs.
