Adobe Character Annimator - Characterizer in v22.0

I've been using "Characterizer" in v22.0 of Adobe Character Annimator.
Can you please help me to reinstall that version of the software.

My old laptop has died and I rely on that feature.
It's no longer available in the 'Earlier Versions' option.

The characterizer is still there in the most current version of the program. From the "File" menu, select "Open Characterizer."
